Privacy Policy


In compliance with the “Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares” (the "Law"), its regulations and other provisions arising thereof, NEUTRAL NETWORKS, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (hereafter, "NEUTRAL"), having its address in Jimenez, number 490, Colonia Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, CP 64000, informed by this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") that is responsible for the processing of personal data, their use and protection; seeking at all times to avoid damage, loss, destruction, theft, loss, or unauthorized alteration of the same treatments.

1.1. Responsibility

NEUTRAL, by the person designated in section 1.10 of this Privacy Policy will be responsible for collecting personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection undertaking to respect the provisions of this Privacy Policyand the Law.

NEUTRAL informs you that your personal data will be handled and protected based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and accountability, established by law.

By providing personal data to NEUTRAL by any of the means mentioned in paragraph 1.4 of this Privacy Policy, you consent to NEUTRAL collect and use this data only for the purposes described in section 1.3 of this Privacy Notice.

1.2 Collect personal data

Arising from the contractual relationship held with you, NEUTRAL will require your following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) sex, (iii) address, (iv) age and date of birth, (v) marital status, (vi) RFC, (vii) CURP, (viii) bank details, (ix) commercial activity, (x) contact information (telephone, mobile, email).

1.3. Purpose of Personal Data

a) Concerning the existing contractual relationship:

(i) To comply with the obligations contracted by NEUTRAL.

(ii) Inform all circumstances related to the contracted services.

(iii) Submit the reports required by applicable law.

b) Relating to additional purpose to the contractual relationship:

(i) Included in the register of enterprise customers.

(ii) Inform third parties on the existing business relationship.

1.4. Getting Personal Data

To fulfill the purposes outlined in the previous section, NEUTRAL may collect your personal data in different ways: (I) when they provided directly or (Ii) when information is obtained through other sources that are permitted by Law.

1.5. Data transfer

Personal data may be transferred and treated within and outside the Mexican territory, by NEUTRAL or other. If you do not manifest their opposition to their data being transferred it is deemed to have given their consent. NEUTRAL undertakes to perform any transfer under the terms set out in this Privacy Policy and the Law.

The processing of personal data carried out between NEUTRAL, its employees and any attorney or authority might not require any additional consent.

1.6. Access, Rectification or Cancellation of personal data

You may, at any time correct or update your information, oppose the treatment they are giving their personal data or revoke consent has been granted in order that NEUTRAL stop to use them, on the understanding that NEUTRAL it is obliged to comply with the above in accordance with the provisions of the article 26 and 34 of the Law.

To withdraw your consent to NEUTRAL on personal data, you must send an email to the Responsible Area of Personal Data of NEUTRAL, as stated in section 1.10 of this document. The email must contain (i) the full name of the holder of personal data; (ii) address and e-mail to receive the response that is generated on the occasion of your application; (iii) the reason for the request; (iv) the arguments that support your application or petition; (v) official document proving their identity; and (vi) the date from which it becomes effective withdrawal of consent. NEUTRAL will notify you within a maximum of twenty (20) working days from the date you received the request.

To access any personal information or revoke consent has been given to NEUTRAL, they should meet all the requirements set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Law.

1.7. Validity

NEUTRAL may treat your personal information during the duration of the contractual relationship and the legal time limit required under applicable laws.

The obligation of confidentiality of those involved in the processing of personal data shall continue even after their relationship ended with NEUTRAL.

1.8. Amendment to Privacy Policy

NEUTRAL reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, without notice or liability. In the case that the Privacy Policy is modified in any way, NEUTRAL undertakes to make known its new Privacy Policy via the communication mechanism habituated with you and through their website.

Data collection, use and disclosure that NEUTRAL make from your personal data will be governed by the version of the Privacy Policy at that time is in force.

1.9. Security

NEUTRAL agrees that personal data will be preserved under strict administrative, technical and physical security which have been implemented in order to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or use, access or unauthorized treatment.

Only authorized personnel of NEUTRAL, have access to personal data. The Authorized personnel are prohibited from allowing access by unauthorized persons and use personal data for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Policy.

1.10. Responsible for Personal Data
